In addition to the in person participation bids at the auction you may issue a pre set value purchase order or a purchase order to be bided by phone.
Sala Branca can only guarantee the placement of your Purchase Order if it is received until 5 hours before auction. Should there be two or more purchase orders of the same amount, for the same lot, the first bid received by Sala Branca will be considered.
In person participation bids have priority to telephone bids.
Purchase Orders to be bided by phone are subject to the availability of their execution by Sala Branca.
Purchase Orders to be bided by phone are subject to eventual phone line problems or other kind of situations out of direct responsibility of Sala Branca.
Pre-set value purchase orders
To send us a pre-set value purchase order, you may use the PURCHASE ORDER form included in our catalogues or download ithere.
PURCHASE ORDER must be filled in and signed, and delivered to Sala Branca, by mail (Sala Branca Leilões de Arte, Lda, Av. Marquês de Tomar, 33 C | 1050-153 Lisboa | Portugal) , e-mail (geral@salabranca.com) or by fax (+351 213431120), until 5 hours before auction.
Purchase Order should contain the lot(s) number(s), lot(s) description(s) and maximum bid value. Sala Branca, on your behalf, will try to buy the desired lot(s) till the limit of the value indicated by you for the same lot(s).
Purchase Orders to be bided by phone
To send us a purchase order to be bided by phone you may use the PURCHASE ORDER form included in our catalogues or download it here. The Purchase Order should contain the lot(s) number(s), lot(s) description(s) and the phone number of the place where you will be at the day and time of the auction. Sala Branca will contact you to the phone number mentioned by you on the Purchase Order and the bid will be placed by you, through a Sala Branca’s staff member, who will tell the auctioneer your biding intentions. |
